The best way to start is by changing your PIN today. We all like to keep the same PIN year after year for convenience, but it’s also convenient access for a potential hacker.
Latitude 32 Credit Union has not experienced the compromise other institutions are having; however, we are being proactive and making the recommendation that you change your PIN today. It’s very easy and only takes about thirty seconds.
Here’s how you do it:
Call 866-985-2273
Enter your WHOLE card number followed by the #
You will be informed the “CARD IS ACTIVATED”
To select or change your pin press 1
Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number
There will be instructions for what does not qualify as a good PIN
Enter your new 4 digit PIN
Reenter the same 4 digit PIN for verification
Receive confirmation you have successfully changed your PIN
