Online Banking Login Guide Latitude 32 Credit Union

Step 1: New User Enrollment

From the Latitude 32 Credit Union website:

  1. Click on FIRST TIME USER.
  2. You will see the NEW USER ENROLLMENT screen. Please fill in the required information in each block as prompted.

Step 2: Begin Your Registration

  • Click Get Started to proceed with the registration process.

Step 3: Phone Number Verification

  • Enter a phone number where you can receive an authentication code.

Step 4: Authentication Code

  • Choose to receive the verification code via Text or Phone Call, then click Send Code.

Step 5: Verify Your Code

  • Enter the code you received in the designated field and click Verify.

Step 6: Confirmation

  • Once verified, click Done to confirm the authentication.

Step 7: Accept Terms and Conditions

  • Click Accept to agree to the terms and conditions of using our online banking system.

Step 8: Set Your Login Credentials

  • Create your username and password. Remember, no special characters are allowed in the username.
  • Click Next, and you will be logged into your online banking account.

Mobile App Login Guide for Latitude 32 Credit Union

Step 1: Download and Launch the App

  • Download the Latitude 32 Credit Union mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Open the app to start the setup process.

Step 2: Start New User Enrollment

  • On the app’s welcome screen, tap First Time User to begin enrollment.

Step 3: Phone Number Verification

  • Ensure the correct country code is selected, then enter your phone number.
  • Tap Next to proceed.

Step 4: Receive and Enter Verification Code

  • Choose to receive your verification code either through a text message or a phone call.
  • Enter the verification code sent to your phone in the space provided.

Step 5: Complete Authentication

  • After entering the verification code, tap Verify to authenticate your device.

Step 6: Accept Terms and Conditions

  • Read and accept the terms and conditions to continue with the setup.

Step 7: Set Your Login Credentials

  • Create a username and password for your account. Please note that usernames cannot include special characters.
  • Tap Next to complete the setup.
