eStatements FAQs

Latitude 32™ offers the option to view your checking account and savings statements online instead of receiving paper statements. You will receive an email from Latitude 32™ when your statement is ready to view, or just click on the Online Statements tab within Online Banking.
To begin receiving eStatements, sign into Online Banking, click on the Online Statements tab, read and accept the disclosures and your statements will immediately become available. Or stop by one of our branches and complete an eStatements enrollment form.
When you enroll in eStatements you will automatically be un-enrolled in paper statements. If you would like to receive both paper and eStatements, please contact a Member Service Specialist and they can take care of that special request.
No, eStatements are FREE to all Latitude 32™ members who are interested.
Each time your statement becomes available, you will receive an email notification for each account signed up for eStatements.
To view your eStatements, follow the link in your email notification, or sign in to Online Banking and click on the Online Statements tab.
Yes, your eStatement will be in the same format and will contain the same information as your printed statement. It is legally acceptable, even for record keeping purposes. You can also print an eStatement in the same format as a standard paper statement.
Yes, any account receiving eStatements will not receive paper statements. If you would like to receive both paper and eStatements please contact a Member Service Specialist and they can take care of that special request.
If you have not received an email notification that your statement is available to view online, the email address on file may not be current. Please verify that the email within Online Banking is correct. If your email address is correct and you are still not receiving your eStatement notification, call and speak with a Member Service Specialist at 843.556.4809.

You may start receiving paper statements at any time. Just call and speak to a Member Service Specialist and request to receive paper statements.
